Reveal Your True Colors: Meaning and Relevance

How often do you find yourself hiding your true self? Burying your amazing talents and unique quirks for fear of judgement and rejection? Today is not the day. In the interest of encouraging people not to be afraid of expressing themselves freely, English Days 2020 proudly brought up “Reveal Your True Colors” as its grand theme.

Anastasia: The Lost Princess of Russia

A royal princess that has been thought dead is actually missing and trying to find her true identity! Will she be able to retrace back her family lineage and claim the throne? Held at Taman Budaya Yogyakarta, the musical theatre “Anastasia: The Lost Princess of Russia” retold the story of Russia’s most famous royal member who disappeared misteriously and is never seen again.

One Day as an English literature student

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to be an English major? One Day as an English Literature Student aimed to give high schoolers a taste of being an English major—the experience, the euphoria, the whole nine yards! It included mini discussions by our lecturers, a sharing session with the students, and a campus tour.

GIVING BACK WHAT OTHERS HAVE GIVEN TO US

Sharing is caring. In the end of English Days 2020, we visited Panti Asuhan Buah Hati to do a charity. The children are oh so lovely and full of enthusiasm!

School Roadshow

Let’s visit our neighbors! Through Roadshow, we visited high schools in Yogyakarta to share our insights and experiences related to English language, university life, and so much more. A good opportunity to promote our events as well!
